If you viewed the last post I did on Silly Billy's, I am now blogging from their new location 534 Mitchell Ave in Jackson,Ms. I asked one lady (April a lady shopping) how she is enjoying herself in the store and she replied "I'm enjoying myself, I like that it's color coordinated." Another lady name name Sheryl said she likes the prices. She and a friend traveled from Yazoo, MS and found the new location by googling it.
I myself did a little shopping and found a cute pinkish skirt and a poka dot shirt (huge fan of poka dots and stripes). Whole outfit $18 (YES). For those with little one's, there is a down stairs room for you and for the man in your life as well. Everyone who came said they enjoyed themselves including myself....and my purse for not spending too much.
Randy was at another job, but I did talk with Rodale and meet VJ (another business partner) and Greg a friend of theirs. I asked VJ if she was relieved that the store was finally re opened and she said yes in a satisfied tone. Rodale describes VJ as being a person who pushes you to do more, as well as a spiritual up lifter. When I asked Rodale if he was relieved he said yes. He went on the say that he thanks God for the loyal customers who waited and the familiar faces. "Everyone doesn't see your vision, but people will find you where you are," he said. I like that statement and agree.
So there you have it, go visit Silly Billy's at their new location in Jackson,MS. Be fly on a penny or at least a 20 dollar bill.
